FCC oil is to be purified for production of high purity carbonblack.
The manufacturing of the carbon is the pyrolyzing process of which FCC oil is injected into the heated effector (2000℃), then pyrolized to hydrogen and carbon.
Because of the heavy concentration of FCC oil, it’s too difficult to centrifuge.
Because FCC oil contains lots of solids(SiO2), it’s impossible to filterate. In case of Centrifuge method, the efficiency of separation is too low because it cannot be operated under high temperature.
Ace Filter accomplish to automatically operate under extremely high temperature by means of hydrolic centrifugal principal. FCC oil is heated for approx. 150℃~220℃ to make a good spary condition. Therefore, no need to install other additional heating system.
